There is something about spring that makes us all look at our closets and think, Well… clearly I have nothing to wear.
Technically, that may not be true.
Emotionally? Completely different story. 😂
And that is exactly why I love shopping for a new season.
At Traci’s Craziness, Spring 2027 is already on my mind. I am looking ahead at new women’s shoes, fresh colors, updated styles, and the kinds of shoes that are easy to wear without being boring.
Because practical is great.

What I’m Looking For for Spring 2027
When I shop for Traci’s Craziness, I am not just looking for something that photographs well.
I want shoes you can actually wear.
That means styles that work with jeans, dresses, shorts, casual outfits, and those mornings when you have approximately three minutes to decide what you are wearing.
For Spring 2027, expect me to keep an eye out for:
- Comfortable wedges and sandals
- Easy slip-on styles
- Loafers and flats
- Casual sneakers
- Transitional shoes for those unpredictable spring temperatures
- Neutral shades that go with almost everything
- A few colors and prints for those of us who refuse to let our shoes behave quietly
And, of course, I will continue looking for Corkys Footwear styles that fit the fun, comfortable personality of Traci’s Craziness.
Spring Shoes Should Work Harder Than They Look
A great spring shoe needs to do more than sit there looking cute.
It needs to survive lunch, errands, work, shopping, dinner, and whatever else somehow got added to your day.
That is why comfort matters so much when I select shoes for the boutique.
I love a shoe that looks like you put serious thought into your outfit when, in reality, you slipped it on and walked out the door.
That is the kind of efficiency I can support.

Spring always gives us an excuse to lighten things up.

And if something fun catches my eye?
