Refund policy
RETURN INFORMATION
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items (excludes final sale items).
Please review the Additional Return Information below.
Traci’s Craziness will issue you a refund, minus the shipping costs once your return is received and inspected.
Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Your return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at traciscrazinesshelp@gmail.com.
You will receive an Approval to Return email from us that includes a packing slip and return information.
Items must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the Approval to Return email.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returns, as Traci’s Craziness does not reimburse return shipping costs.
ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION:
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached and in the original box.
You will not receive a refund –
If returned items have makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains.
If returned shoes are worn outside, have dirty soles, scuff marks, or toe markings.
If returned shoes have shipping labels/postage directly on the shoe box. Shoe boxes must be encased in another package for shipping to protect the items; this includes another box, polybag, wrapping paper, etc.
RECEIVED RETURNS
We ask that you allow for 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, after we receive and inspect the item(s).
You will receive an email once we complete your return.
Refunds include the cost of the item and the taxes you paid.
We do not refund any return shipping charges that you incurred.
ADDITONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Traci’s Craziness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim.
If your order is returned to Traci’s Craziness and marked “return to sender” we will email you to correct the issue. If this occurs, you are responsible for the second round of shipping. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, we will return your order to stock with no refund given.
Traci’s Craziness does not reimburse shipping charges you incur if you return your item(s).
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email us immediately at traciscrazinesshelp@gmail.com. When you email us, please include your name, order number, item name, and photos of the damage/defect.
You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any worn or used item(s) cannot be returned damaged or defective.
FINAL “NO REFUNDS” SALES
All Gently Used items are final sales.
All Rings, Earrings, Hair Accessories are final sales.
All Discounted items are final sales.
All Coupon Code items (examples: BO50%, BOGO, HOLIDAY, etc.) are final sales.
All Door Busters and Deals of the Day items are final sales.
*No refunds given on all Final Sale Items.
**Final Sale Shoes may not be shipped in a shoe box.
